CGI's next-generation portal experience
CGI has experience in the following types of next-generation portal development:
- Implemented a citizen-centric public Web portal that integrates existing Operating Division operations (front-office services) and back-office technology via a single public interface. In addition, the team leveraged the public Web portal to improve the customer's intranet.
- Provided a new look and feel for an existing, first-generation portal, including improving navigation for the site's many user classes, upgrading security and scalability, and implementing a broad range of database-driven interactive services for public information as well as a migration to content management processes and templates.
